CONCERNS
Weidmuller has an inventory of over 75 sales-related items. Some pieces are printed at BambooInk, while others are produced elsewhere, even in Germany. Some items are three-dimensional thingamabobs like flash drives. The headquarters here in Richmond was having to maintain the complex inventory, keep accurate SKU counts, and ship and track packages.
SOLUTIONS
We were already printing for them, and we offered to take over maintaining and shipping their inventory. All 75+ items are in our climate controlled warehouse.
